Help and Support
Welcome to PuppyLove's Help section.
Your first question is probably why this page is so empty. Well it's because we'll be adding things here as we determine how to help our loyal and amazingly supportive users.
First off the ways you can get help from us:
- if you want to contact us by email, please send a message to: support@puppylove.in or help@puppylove.in.
- You can also go to our Contact form and fill it out - we'll be in touch with you as soon as possible.
- Most importantly, feel free to use our Help Forum which is where you can find answers to previously asked questions, or outstanding issues that we might be working on.
As we have more questions posted to the forum, or issues that people bring up to us, we'll start adding more detail to this page.
For now the most important thing is for you to create your pet profile by clicking on the "add ... Your Pet" button above in the navigation section. What is this add pet thing? This is where you can add your pet's profile, picture, date of birth and any other information you think might be pertinent.
You may already have a pet profile, which is incomplete, or may not have a current photograph. Just click on your pet's profile in the My Pets section on the right side of the page, and edit your pooch's profile to your heart's content.
We'll trying to make PuppyLove as fun and useful as possible. And we can only do that with your help. So if you have suggestions, comments or features that you'd like to see, please let us know!
